See guys, there can be various reasons because of which the sound of your game, app, or phone cannot be heard or it's very slow ie not audible at all. Most of them can be resolved easily if your phone speaker has not been damaged. Now I will explain to you that what's the cause of this problem and how it can be corrected easily.
*Causes of NO SOUND or Low Audibility from your phone-:
- The Operating System(OS) is not updated or installed correctly, then there might be a hardware adaptability failure that can lead to this issue.
- The phone speaker may be damaged, if your phone has fallen in water(in case if your phone is not waterproof) or it has fallen on a hard surface(most occurring issue).
- If dust particles have entered the speaker of your phone and block the speakers.(most common problem).
- Some malicious apps or codes may be interrupting the systemic procedures(Very less chances).
- This one is a human error ie YOU MIGHT HAVE MUTED OR KEPT YOUR PHONE IN SILENT MODE. This silly mistake is done mostly by small kids who don't know about phones but still, they fiddle with them as a timepass gadget(Very bad thing as kids shouldn't get phones at a very less age-Cause of Mental illness(addiction), eye problems and many more serious problems that you may never know).
- The audio management files might have been deleted because of which the speaker starts malfunctioning. (Try to reinstall update or update if you have not done and in last factory reset is the last option by taking backup of all important content).
*How to solve this problem(No or low Sound)-:
- Try to clean your speaker with a cotton swab with less force otherwise, you may end up breaking your speaker. (Know more here-How to Safely clean your Phone's Speaker.)
- Try to restart your phone once or twice.
- Update or reinstall your phone OS update, because it can happen that your phone has not installed audio management files due to interruption(caused by us), or the company has fixed some audio issues if it was present in the previous update.
- Unmute your phone by pressing the Volume Up button or the Mute icon in the notification bar.
- Change from Silent mode to General mode by going in settings and searching(Silent), then turn off or shift to General mode if your phone has the option.
- Make sure that Do not disturb or Focus Mode, that is now available in new phones, is turned off. They also stop any sound from escaping causing no sound.
- If your phone has a removable battery, then one time remove and reinsert it.
- The last option left is to consult a technical staff of your phone company or do a Factory Reset.(Remember to take a backup of all your important data like contacts, photos, messages, etc)
